FAQ
Where do we shoot pictures?
We can come to your house or choose outdoor location. Send me message with question or place suggestions.
When do you charge and do you make returns?
We charge for the session before we start taking pictures (always before the session starts). You also have to sign contract and print release that will protect the customer and a photographer.
We don't do returns, only under special circumstances (weather stops photoshoot and can't reschedule).
What if weather is overcast?
If weather is overcast then we can change the location or reschedule for different day.
What if I am not happy with how pictures look?
If you are unhappy with the way pictures look we can work together to fix the problem (new editing or reshoot the pictures)
Do I have to order prints through you?
No, you can print in a location you choose. If you decide to print on your own, make sure you choose professional printing lab. I am not responsible for quality of the pictures if you choose different printing lab than recommended by me.
